I Feel Stronger and More Able to Be a Productive, Constructive Member of Society

“Before I began the Narconon program I was a heavy class A drug user. The program has given me the ability to confront the reason that I turned to drugs which was that I couldn’t communicate with those around me, felt disconnected, isolated and lonely. Drugs and the circle of people using them didn’t judge me, they accept anyone and give you a sense of community. I believed I needed drugs to survive.

I felt that the sauna detox got rid of all the substances in my system; I could feel them coming out of me, could smell and taste them. Since being in the sauna I have not craved drugs and now I don’t even think about them. This is remarkable, as before I could not stop thinking, dreaming and craving them; I couldn’t go one day without them.

The Objectives brought me out of the past and into the present time. They gave me the tools to learn control, communication and an understanding of the environment around me.

The Life Skills courses gave me the knowledge in all fields of my life to address the people around me, the environment I was in and the mistakes I had made in my past. It gave me an improved sense of well-being and I now feel stronger and more able to be a productive, constructive member of society. I have goals for my life and now have the belief in myself to achieve them.”
