I Do Not Have to Live My Life by the Confines of the Past

There are certain confines within my brain that tell me that things should be a certain way. I don’t know why I believe that the only way is that way, but it just is, it’s as if I have made a decision in my life that these are the rules but there is not an actual reason behind these rules inside my brain.

Now I know I can change this. I can move the things in my life to the way I now want them to be, I don’t have to accept these rules and let them control and define my life. 

What is true to me now is what is true, not what anyone else says to me, and I do not have to live my life by the confines of the past and what should be. I define my own truth and can change the things/objects/people/situations/rules to now fully accept my own truth.
